We are situated on the edge of Middleforth in Lower Penwortham, opposite the end of Riverside Road nearest to the old bridge across the River Ribble.
Be aware that if you view our location by post code on a map, we appear to be further up Leyland Road than we actually are.
We are ten minutes walk from Preston railway station and buses are available which stop within metres of our door - we would suggest the green Fishwick 111 -other bus services are available... ;o)
If you are driving:
From the roundabout at the end of the M65, go left to follow the A582, then at the next roundabout take the third exit onto the B5254 (Watkin Lane/Leyland Road). Keep straight on this road for just over 2.5 miles - we are on your left hand side.
From Preston city centre - heading down Fishergate Hill, keep straight on through the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill, then move into the left hand lane once you have crossed the River Ribble. Follow the road round to the left, through one small set of traffic lights, then go straight across the roundabout. We are immediately on your right hand side as the road bends to the right.
